Gewiation Hosting is part of Gewiation Network, a community operating Minecraft servers and related digital services. Contact us via support.gewiation.com or Discord.
2. Service Description
Gewiation Hosting provides Minecraft server hosting in the form of leased computing resources. Specific parameters (RAM, disk, CPU, player slots) are listed for each plan. Server setup is performed manually by our staff after an order is received and confirmed.
3. Ordering and Contract
- Submitting an order via the form on host.gewiation.com constitutes a request for hosting service.
- A contract is formed when our staff confirms the order and agrees on payment terms with you.
- We reserve the right to decline any order without providing a reason.
4. Payment
The specific payment method and due date are agreed individually with staff after the order is accepted. Prices are listed in EUR and do not include any bank fees for international transfers.
5. Acceptable Use
The following activities are prohibited on your hosted server:
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Distributing malware, spam, or illegal content.
- Attacking other servers or systems (DDoS, scanning, exploiting).
- Disrupting shared infrastructure (resource abuse).
- Reselling or subletting server access to third parties without written permission.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of service without any refund.
6. Availability and SLA
We aim for 99.9% monthly availability. Planned maintenance is announced in advance on Discord. We are not liable for downtime caused by force majeure, DDoS attacks, or issues with our upstream infrastructure provider.
7. Backups
Automatic backups are performed according to plan (available on plans that include this feature). Backups are a supplementary safeguard, not a replacement for your own backups. We are not liable for data loss.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days' notice unless otherwise agreed. After termination, server data is retained for 14 days and then permanently deleted.
9. Limitation of Liability
Gewiation Hosting is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the most recent billing period.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify users of material changes via Discord or email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
